It's not brand new it's used already I find some hairs inside
This item should be brand new but it's used already I need to exchange

Poor design, broke quickly
The twist bottom to turn off/on is a poor design. It's nearly impossible to do with slippery or wet fingers. Also, the cord casing fell apart after a couple months of use.
