Best Rice Cooking Experience “Worth the Price I have been using the cuckoo rice cooker for more than 7 months now and I can say it is completely worth the price. The build quality feels premium, which is what you pay for, and it delivers the best rice cooking experience every single time. Unlike cheaper options, this one gives consistent results with perfectly cooked rice. It is also very easy to clean and maintain, which is a big plus for me because hygiene is important. Other rice cookers I tried were tough to clean, but this one makes it simple and hassle free. Overall, it is slightly higher priced compared to others, but the quality, durability, and convenience make it worth every rupee.

Product is top notch! To compare brands like Prestige to this one would be an understatement. This is on a different class of its own. The cooked rice feels like pressure cooked. Apparently consumes lesser power. The non sticky pot isn't a gimmick at all. You don't need scrubber or anything of that sort to clean it. Stays warm longer and the Re-warm isn't a gimmick either. Just a mild hand clean is all it requires. This is an major go for me to anyone looking for a Premium electric rice cooker. Even if your budget is ₹.3500 I suggest you add like ₹.1000 and get this one. Trust me, the build quality, its unique design and above all the rice it produces is what makes this one the best under 5k or even 6k. Well if your budget is high, get their top model ones. Good product

Loved the quality. I have been using this since last 1.5 years and no issues found. After using it I bought it for my mom and mon-in law also they are happy with the product. I use it by putting water inside non stick container that comes with cooker and keeping rice in a steel container. Due to closed lid the rice cooks pretty fast.

Writing this review after few months of use. Inner pot and lid are too thin and fragile, it cannot keep its shape and have to keep using muscle power bring back round shape otherwise steam comes out of sides as well as gets inside the cooker. Once Slipped from two feet height which caused dent in rim again causing steam escaping from sides. Raised concern with customer support but they escaped saying no warranty since it has fallen. New pot would cost ₹1900. I regret buying this rice cooker and this feedback is from someone who have used rice cookers for more than 35 years. It cooks rice well. Easy to clean. Tip is not to wash rice in pot because holding pot with one hand my cause it to de shape. Keep dry empty pot in cooker and use some other utensil to wash rice. Avoid it for above reason. Update: got call from Shahid (CRM) for Cuckoo, he understood the problem and helped to get pot on 30% discount. Thanks to him rice cooker is back to work. Appreciate his efforts. Hopefully company will take into account feedback on pot quality and make necessary improvements.

I love the whole simplicity and build quality of the product. I initially thought it would be a small cooker considering its advertised as 3.5L compared to peers but I was wrong. Its quite a big cooker. The build quality is amazing and you get perfectly cooked rice as there are heating elements all over including the top so the rice cooks evenly. You would need to adjust the water otherwise the rice turns out to be cooked but dry. It took me couple of iterations to get that right. It also depends on the age of the rice. I Love the one touch button to open the lid of the cooker and the non stick container which is so easy to clean as the rice just comes out from the surface with ease. Cleaning is super easy. Lastly I love their customer support. They called me to check on the product, extend my warranty and also answer my queries. FYI: If you register the product on their website your warranty gets extended by 3 months. It looks cute too.

I recently purchased the Cuckoo CR-1055 Rice Cooker, drawn in by its impressive keep warm function. After several weeks of use, I have to say, it lives up to the hype. The rice consistently comes out perfectly cooked, and the keep warm feature is a standout. It maintains an ideal serving temperature for hours without overcooking the rice, making meal prep a breeze. However, the build quality leaves much to be desired. The plastic body feels flimsy and not particularly durable, which raises concerns about its longevity. The lid doesn’t fit as snugly as I would like and the spring comes off every now and then, and I worry about the wear and tear over time. In summary, if you're looking for a rice cooker with an exceptional keep warm function, the CR-1055 model does not disappoint.

Waited a long time to buy a rice cooker. As a generally confident home cook for some reason rice always led to hesitation. I waited a while to invest in one of these and I wish I hadn't waited, it's something I use once to twice a week to prep quinoa or rice. Always comes out great. A bit of a wait but very much set it and forget it. I have used it for a slow cooker and steamer also with great results.

Ich bin mit dem Reiskocher von Cuckoo äußerst zufrieden. Durch die unterschiedlichen Programme lassen sich mit leichtigkeit diverse unterschiedliche Reissorten perfekt kochen. Nach dem kochen springt der Reiskocher automatisch auf Warmhalten, wenn er nicht ausgeschaltet wird. Für jede Person zu empfehlen, die sich beim Reis kochen schwer tut oder es bevorzugt den Kocher einzuschalten und dann erst noch etwas anderes zu tun.

L’appareil fonctionne très bien. Le riz est délicieux.Je ne sais plus cuire le riz autrement que dans le cuiseur de riz.
