what is the salt content of wasabi sauce?

The only information on the bottle is that 1 teaspoon has 20mg of sodium. Not other info on salt is mentioned

Basic question- what is the "shelf-life" of the unopened product. Also, anticipate it should be stored in a cool, dry area prior to opening- correct?

The ones delivered in November have an expiration date of March 2014. They would probably be good for some time after that if they are stored unopened in a cool dry place. I store them in a kitchen cabinet. I get 6 every four months with subscribe & save and have never had a problem. My next delivery is in March. It is very tasty...I use it instead of mayo for tuna sandwiches. I don't think it is all that hot though; certainly not like the wasabi you get in a sushi place. BTW it is made by Beaverton foods...the horseradish people.

Does this need to be refrigerated after opening? i purchased in overseas and the ingredient label in Spanish covers most of the preprinted label.

I did not see a warning saying that it needs to be refrigerated.
