I have purchased this supplement multiple times and swear by it! I love the combination of vitamins and zinc. I feel like it really helps with my bones.The pills are easily swallowed and have no taste to them. The recommended dose is 3 per day. I tend to take one at night and 2 in the morning. The packaging is easy to open and came with a freshness seal under the cap. Overall great value for the money.

Tablets taste and smells burnt. I have ordered this product a number of times before and never had this occur. Not sure if there was an issue with sealing the product or what but the tablets resemble a smoky taste and smell that is pretty off putting. However, quality of the product is still good.
