The media could not be loaded. Love both of these higher end covers. We opted for 2 different covers to make it easy to tell which key is which (Mine is the black/corporate looking one, my wife's is the brown/nutmeg one which is a close match to the nutmeg interior in our ID 4). Both look like they will protect the key quite well. While I like being able to see the VW logo on the back, I would prefer that to be a clear window so nothing can get in, but that's a minor quibble. If the black one was available in brown, I would've ordered a brown one for my wife. I like to be able to see the actual buttons but again, minor quibble.I'd suggest assembly videos/instructions, specifically to point out that the "hook" on top of the ID 4 key needs to be folded flush the key will fit inside the brown case.All in all, I'm super pleased with both of them (and since my wife is pleased with her cover, that's the more important review).Good luck with your choice.

Yes, this will increase the bulkyness of the already large key fob, but at least it can't be scratch...easily.I leased my ID4, so I just want to make sure when I turn it back in, I have less to worry about regarding their "Wear and tear" inspection.

Since my ID.4 came with two keys, I first ordered just one case. That first one was great. I liked the leather look and feel, so I decided to order a second one. The second one was a complete disappointment. The second case was silicon that was designed to slip over the key fob. It was nothing like the one on this item description.

This is a great way to protect your car key as it is a complete shell, and even has a leather strap thats convenient for hooking it onto a key rack.

This is a great key cover for the 2023 ID4. LOVE it!
