Bug light bulbs
These bulbs are brighter than expected. They do not attract bugs.

Very bright bug lights
These bug lights are brighter than I expected and a nice amber-yellow color. They apparently have a long life. I have put them in my front door light fixture, and I am very pleased with them.

Very nice bulb, poor information about dimming
I was planning to return this bulb after I found inconsistent statements about whether it would work on a dimmer. But, I decided to give it a try, and so far it _seems_ to be fine. In fact, I like the color and brightness, and it is dimming o.k. on my old-style dimmer (installed decades ago and designed for incandescent bulbs). It dims smoothly, staying on slightly longer that the "GE Relax" bulb that I have in the other socket of that fixture, meaning that I get bright light with reasonably normal colors when the lights are all the way on, but then the light gets amber and loses (almost?) all power in the blue frequencies when I dim it, kind of like incandescent bulbs getting redder as you reduce the power to them.So, it worked out well, but I didn't like the fact that the top of the Amazon page said "dimmable", and then, lower down, it also said "not dimmable", and the box said "This LED lamp is not compatible with all dimmers".

less bugs
The amount of insects around the outdoor lights went way down after putting these in, have used them for a few months now and they are still working fine.

They attract less bugs
I have a car port in Arizona and I leave this yellow light on 24/7. It most certainly attracts less bugs.

Function as designed.
No issues ... limits the attraction of flying insects at night in an area I used to have issues. Provides ample light as well.

ORANGE light. Terrible.
If you want the outside of your house to look like it’s on fire or a Halloween party buy otherwise avoid these pieces of junk. Nowhere near amber or yellow light. Deceptive crap. Avoid.

Nice glow
Really changed the appearance of the porch with a soft yellow glow but sufficiently bright to see who or what might be on the porch. Keeping the moths away will be great as we get a large moth population in the spring.
