Love this conditioner! Great for hair weaves / units!
Love this conditioner. Highly recommend for those who use hair weaves / units made out of real human hair and wear for an extended period of time. I’ve been wearing weaves and using this particular conditioner (and shampoo) for the last 4 years and I can confidently say, I’ll never use anything else but Biolage R.A.W.My hair stylist highly recommended this particular brand because it’s sulfate free, and “everything else” free (read bottle for specifics) LOL. Which is really good for weave maintenance to prolong the shelf life.Yes it’s pricey - we can’t not ignore that fact BUT ITS WORTH IT!Do not! I repeat! Do not think a $3-$10 cheaper shampoo / conditioner works just as fine. It doesn’t. I learned the hard way trying to save a few bucks - that poor weave paid the price and dried up like hay - only good as a scrub brush now haha. But jokes aside, yes it’s pricey, but totally worth it. You only need a few drops of product which makes it last a very long time. This is one of those times where you actually get what you pay for.Leaves your hair silky soft and smooth. Smells great! (I guess hair salon smell... vs cheap fruit smell) I personally use the “recovery” formula to hydrate my hair as much as possible. Recommend to add conditioner to your hair as soon as you get in the shower. Leave on for 5-10 min... rinse off. It’s highly effective the longer you leave it in your hair.*Tip - when applying conditioner, try not to get the conditioner into the actual mesh (root) Ive notice the conditioner will add an invisible slick layer to the mesh (root) which will make it difficult to adhere new tape and /or glue.Pro Tip: Apply conditioner AFTER your adhesives are completely cured or on non-install days. If you get conditioner on your mesh (root) and notice you’re having difficulties re-gluing your hair weave / unit, use 99% rubbing alcohol to clean area. Apply alcohol on skin too as this will restore adhesion.Tested with the following hair adhesives: white glues, silicone glues, acrylic glues, white tapes, and blue tapes.

Smells Devine and is Great on my Hair!
I wanted something that would be good for my hair (not harsh chemicals), and this conditioner is perfect! It is nice and thick, and it smells DEVINE! My hair seems healthier since I have been using this conditioner. I will never use anything else!

worth the money
I have been using Matrix for years. When they came out with the new line was very excited. I'd say its a good conditioner, makes my hair silky and smells good. The only thing is that its such a big bottle and in the end I was bored with the scent , even though it's very pleasant, and after 5-6 months the smell has changed. Overall, I like it.

Best conditioner I have ever used!
I LOVE this conditioner! Even my husband commented on how good it smells. I have gray curly hair and live where there is high humidity. This is not a heavy conditioner but conditions enough so my hair is not frizzy. Love it!

Great Conditioner, but Domineering Scent
I absolutely love the way this conditioner softens and moisturizes my coarse hair. It’s hard to find ones that consistently do, so I give it three stars for that reason. However, apparently the 3% not natural origin is toward the top of the ingredient list, which means it has the higher concentration? The parfum/fragrance ingredient, which I assume is not of natural origin is EXTREMELY strong in smell/scent. It smells like my great grandmothers perfume (no offense to anyone), however this scent and whatever else is causing allergic reactions is why I can’t give it 5 stars unfortunately. For those that have sensitivities to smell/allergies or strong parfum scents, this kills the deal. I’ve tried this twice now and each time I’ve gotten sick from an apparent reaction. Don’t know if anyone else is experiencing this or just the strong overbearing, non-natural scent? And I’m not speaking of the natural seed oil scents. I hope Matrix Biolage will consider an option free of the strong parfum/fragrance scent or allergens that may cause reactions. Then, I would definitely continue using this product. I have used Biolage for a while throughout the years.

Best conditioner ever
I love this conditioner so much. I am 59 years old and my hair is mostly gray but I do color it. I have been finding that the older I get the dryer my hair is and this conditioner really helped a lot. I really love the smell of it too. It smells so pretty.

Excellent product
I tried a lot of products, this one is far superior. I am 63 and my hair gets a little stringy and dry looking. This product makes my hair look more youthful and thickens it some so its not so thin looking5 stars all the way!!!

I love this conditioner but I did not love what I received...
This product got to me exploded in the packaging, the lid was loose and there was no seal on it. I have no idea if it was actually this product that I received inside the bottle, all I know is the bottle itself was right, but could’ve been filled with any conditioner... I returned immediately. The matching shampoo I bought of the same brand had a seal on it and was not shipped in a separate plastic bag like the conditioner.
