First time trying figure 8s. The are made so well and very easy to get use to. They are are made to lift heavy. I have large wrists and they work well.

Compre anteriormente otros straps, de otra marca, del tipo que se "amarran" pero por el peso, se podían desamarrar. Con estas straps, no necesitas estar al pendiente de ello. Sugiero, usarlas solo cuando tu agarre es el que falla, ya que de lo contrario, no crearas hipertrofia en los antebrazos.
