I wanted a system with a great picture after a spate of break in’s and incidents in the village. After quite a bit of research I decided on a PoE system as I didn’t want to have to have the extra wiring for the camera power supplies. Based on previous reviews and a competitive price I decided on this Zosi system. With 8 HD cameras and a 2 TB hard drive it had everything I needed. Installation was a breeze as I am from a building background but any competent DIY’er would have no trouble. On powering up the system it didn’t automatically detect the cameras but there is a section in the handbook that covers the connection of additional cameras. I followed the instructions and the system detected all the cameras no problem. Take time to position your cameras, I did this with the mobile app before hard wiring the cameras in place. The quality of the picture is great including the night vision. Make sure you set up the movement zones on each camera as the following day I had 100 notifications on my phone to tell me the system had detected movement. With the 2TB hard drive I get about 18 days continuous recording off 5 cameras, so ideal for when you are away from your property for a while. The app is ok but sometimes a bit unstable, but being able to check on my property from anywhere in the world is brilliant. I have not had any issues viewing on the desktop portal. Viewing it directly from its own monitor is great and the playback menu is quite intuitive. I did have one issue though. One of the cameras suffered with a lag and freezing momentarily. I substituted the cable and then the camera to eliminate the fault and found the camera to be faulty. I contacted customer services via email who replied within 24 hours (bearing in mind they are based in China ) A customer service representative named Coco was very helpful and has organised a replacement camera to be sent out. So the support is very good. So far so good. I would definitely recommend.

So I've purchased the system nearly 10 months ago , installed and running for approximately 6 months. The system comes with everything you need to install. The box itself is decently sized and the instructions are simple enough to follow via the qr codes on the box. Same with the app you use the qr code to find it and register your box to view on mobile devices via Internet. The camera picture is brilliant at 4k but the app playback has been a little up and down but with constant app updates it's alot better now than it was a few months ago. You can very easily read passing or parked cars number plates and people's faces are very recognisable day or night with the help of the ifra red light and spot lights. They also have audio in and out, meaning you can hear from the cameras and they have a speaker so you can speak out of them. Also with it being Poe you have to run just one ethernet (rj45) cable for power, audio and video. So after a few months of use one of the cameras decided to stop working, which is where I had to try multiple diffrent methods to see if its the camera or the nvr box. Swapped diffrent cameras to the same port and they worked, tried the faulty camera in diffrent ports and same problem. I made contact with Zosi via their online messenger service and was met with Amy. Amy then helped me though the process to get the camera replaced. Amy went above and beyond to help me and the customer service I recieved was absolutely amazing. Amy has then sorted out a replacement for me and the whole process a breeze. Sorted out a returns label and explained the process from start to finish. Amy is a amazing example of how customer service should be, pleasant, polite and courteous with knowledge of the product and company they represent. Absolutely amazing product with even better customer service, so much so I very highly recommend to family and friends when they enquire about a good CCTV system. Highly recommended.

The system was delivered on time . This system was a replacement and update. The system runs perfectly picture is bright and sharp night vision is excellent the only drawback I have come across is that with four cameras running the hard drive of 1TB records for 11 days and then over wrights. Other than that the system is great I would recommend this product.

I purchased this about 18 months ago and it works well. It was easy to set up the camera’s, basically it’s just plug and play. You can also download the app to view the cameras remotely. The app works well, although is a little slow accessing the cameras. I have spoken to Zosi on many occasions and have communicated through what’s app. Even though there is a time difference, they are quick to get back me every time to help. The system was a good price, and was better than other camera’s I was looking at, around that time. I recently had a camera that had stopped working. The camera wasn’t picking up power properly through the network cable. They had sent me out a POE switch (Free) which has resolved this now. The video and sound quality is very good, and it’s nice to get alerts when it detects motion or people. Overall I am happy with this system, and plan to add extra camera’s at a later date.

This is my second Zosi system I have bought, the first being a few years ago. The design was great back then, but has improved a lot more since! It arrives neatly packaged as you can see in the picture I have taken to show a close up of the camera. The design has been thought out down to the small details of installation such as a small bracket that is easy to install when up a ladder to then just attach the camera. The software was updated not to long ago meaning mobile and PC access to your system is smooth and easy! The quality of this camera is great, both during the day and at night. I would definitely recommend this system!
