Great cooler for this summer ！it was very easy to use. Installation was easy. i put the wheels on，i can easy to roll it from one room to the other room. it can keep a small room cool！Good for the price. I wish we had bought this years ago. Cools real fast and is not that loud. it's not a fan. it's an air conditioner that does cool very good.

This was the absolute worse, I got it for my bedroom because it gets hot, I left it on for about 2 hours expecting to walk in to a cool room..Noooope, I walked in to what felt like an Amazon rainforest, it was so humid in there I could barely breath.. I turned that dang cooling function off real quick. The fan alone was ok but I wasn't about to keep an overpriced fan. The cool button doesnt cool down nothing just makes it super humid..it will probably be good for an outdoor cooling fan but not indoors. Waste of time and money. Returning

The product does great unless you fail to use dry ice packs. The Air Conditioning shots hot air. Best Results for cold air is Dry ice packs. Blue ice packs and ice work but not as good. The large gallons water tank holds many buckets of water.

I gave this four stars even though it did not work out for us. It is a well made product and in the right environment it would work great but unfortunately our humidity is above 75 on a good day so the cooler is only cool if you stand right in front of it. This just added to thr humidity ….pushing the humidity in the room to 95. ( we placed it in a doorway was instructed, not all the way in the room itself). It just added to the oppressive heat. However… I think this would be great in a hot dry environment. It is easily moved around, well made and easy to set up. We are disappointed it did not work out for us and are returning it but others with a different environmental profile might find it to be very effective.

So had this about six months use it inside out side what ever but over time the media gets lint or dust build up i have tried numerous way to take it apart, appears the bottom comes of first as the top 4 corners have 2 screws per i can see them from opening top back and bending.. So the problem with the bottom its all plastic snap locked together and prolly some sort of adhesive.. Do not want to turn it in a 350 dollar piece of trash so i did my best with a shop vac and air compressor when dry.. My suggestion portal cool and other manufacture have similar item for same price give or take and you can buy replacement media so this is basically a throw away when it gets bad enough ill take another attempt to get it apart! The CFM is good on this unit though not sure why they decide to do this dumb in my opinion ...

I order this last week and finally got it on Tuesday. My ac system broke down last month and it took forever to have my landlord got it fixed, perhaps that’s because it’s getting hotter and hotter in TN. I found this product while I was searching something else on Amazon and I decided to have a try, it surprised me how suitable this cooling fan is for my business it make very low sound while I turn the fastest speed on, and the ice packs is really do the cooling after few minutes of running it .

Out of the blue mine stopped working and the instruction manual has no information, there is nothing I can google to find out what is going on and my email was rejected. I will call Monday and see if I can get some help. The water is not circulating so I presume I need a new water pump? It took about 1 hour to get the back off. I have used it probably every day for 3 months but it should not just die!?

Pretty solid cooler. I have the master bedroom and I instantly felt a difference without even using the water cooling feature. It’s also pretty light for the size and comes with wheels to make it easy to move around, especially once you add water. Wish I had bought it sooner but happy I have it for hotter part of the summer. Really happy o don’t have to hook it up to any windows so I can place it anywhere in my room. Only negatives is that it is a expensive (in-comparison to a small bedroom cooler) and large (if you have a small room) but a worthy summer investment for those hot days!!
