Very comfortable shoes and the size suggested was correct, it was bigger than I usually wear so they do come up small

They are very comfortable to wear and are very light to walk in for a long hike. The soles give a very good grip.

I have worn Salomon walking shoes for years. Previously a comfortable fit, reliable walking shoes covering miles of hiking without problems. If I found a shoe that suited me I would buy 2 pairs so that, as i wore a shoe out, i had a reserve pair.Bought these in late April for a long trip to Scotland in May. I had my doubts about the fit from the start but foolishly pressed ahead because they were Salomon.Only worn on short walks, max 6 miles, or general town. Not excessively used. Always wore proper Bridgedale walking socks.They were awful. Material is too soft to cope with wear and tear. No foot stability with excessive foot movement within the shoe causing hot spots which could blister. Only kept for general about town now.When these wear out, which will be soon, I will never buy Salomon again.

Bought these in March 2024, seen many a long walk but just had to glue on the front toe cap as it came apart.

VERY GOOD JUST WHAT SHE WANTED

With wide feet, I always struggle to find comfortable shoes so I am delighted that these have been a good fit from the first wear. Sturdy with a good rugged sole, these are perfect for walking and also light enough for everyday wear
