I have been trying to invent the healthy brown bag for roasting. Had my family on the hunt for a healthy option. It’s the only way I make a turkey. I absolutely love the results. With very little effort. I feel like these bags may even work better. I can’t imagine re-using the bag. But for me, the price is right, and is a must, for making a delicious, moist, turkey.

A baked chicken in these parchment roasting bags turn out much more tender than when roasted in the traditional plastic oven bags. (And comes out with a beautiful brown roasted skin!). And much healthier as well! Oven cooking time is the same as with the traditional bags.(Medium size bag works very well for a 4-7 lb chicken, baked at 350 degrees for 1 hr 15 min or so).Bags are very durable, and do not burn or tear. I’m not going back to plastic!!

Makes a very good tasting turkey and very juicy.

These are good and generous size, i ordered Large and medium and was sent two medium boxws. Would have returned yet kept to use withbother foods

I use this for chicken or small turkey. If you want though, you can open the bag and expose chicken or turkey to brown the top in the oven to give make it crispier

Healthy alternative to plastic roasting bags. Will definitely purchase again.

I’ve used the bags a few times now. They work well. I would never go back to plastic ones again.
