Certainly a very good product. Very comfortable chair and is quite value for money, and the best part is customer service very helpful and supportive.

Quality is bad very bad.
The chair ordered was the worst and that to after ordering and replacing it as got the damaged product first time as well. Do not buy. For getting this one chair i had to order 3 times and one time seller decided to not even ship the product.

Worth every penny
So I got this chair at a very good price around 2.1k rupees so it was already a steal deal for me but when it arrived it properly packed and the parts of the chair were properly covered then the assembly part was also easy. The quality of mesh use is good but the quality of seat is very amazing and comfortable the back support is also good as well as the neck support overall the chair is sturdy and solid. The height adjustment and tilt works very well apperance wise it's a proper office chair colour is good and also service of the company is appreciated because one part was missing from my box so I called them and told about it they sent a spare part of it to me so pretty good service

There is difference between some of the parts shown on video and delivered items. Angle of back support is not comfortable . Suitable only for lean people .

Comfortable Ergonomic Chair with Great Lumbar Support, but Durability Issues
I purchased the Da URBAN® Prisma High Back Revolving Mesh Office Executive Ergonomic Chair, drawn by its adjustable lumbar support and breathable mesh design, which initially provided great comfort during long hours of use. However, after 1.5 years, the back support mechanism broke. While the chair offers various adjustments for height and tilt, the durability of the back support was disappointing. I did receive a replacement, but it required an additional fee. Overall, the chair is comfortable and functional, but the longevity of the back support could be improved.
