An Anthology of Aquatic Life (DK Children's Anthologies)

This is the latest in the series and our children of different ages have enjoyed each one. It's been fun hearing them share what they learn and interests them from this set. The illustrations and pictures are beautiful. There is typically a full page with a picture while the opposite page has details about the subject. Just enough interesting information to not overwhelm younger readers, while still providing plenty of details for the older ones. There are many creatures and plants discussed in the book that I've never heard of. I feel I've learned the most out of this book compared to the rest of the set, but likely because I don't know as much about aquatic life in general compared to what the other books cover. A genuine delight to flip through and learn from.

One of the most visually beautiful nature books for children I have ever had the pleasure to own. My 3 year old absolutely loves it as well as my 7 yr old niece. A definite gem in any childrens library that will bring joy and fascination to any child or adult that owns it.

This is such a beautiful book. Bought this for my 7 year old son,and we read each page together and he really enjoyed it. Lots of interesting information on each creature. My son enjoyed learning about each creature while looking at each picture.

Bought this for my daughter's birthday. She loves it! We read 2-3 animals every night. Love the pictures in the book. We then purchased the rest of the book in the series as well.

My kids loves non-fiction and all things nature. We have a few of these books and we really enjoy them. They are very informative and interesting. And they're also so pretty! The book itself really is nice. My son will read a few pages at a time and keeps it in his regular rotation of books he reads. Highly recommend!

Illustrations and photos are excellent, and the book itself, with the gold page edges, is quite attractive. I got this for a 7 year gold granddaughter, but her father, who teaches marine biology, likes it too!

Got this for my nature loving nephew. He loved all the bright colors and wildlife information. The illustrations were beautifully colored and detailed. Great gift and a keepsake. Great price, good quality
