Delicious!
Easily my favorite sriracha sauce! It has great taste and a perfect amount of heat in my opinion! I can eat it on anything!

Nectar isnt healthy, considered same as HIGH FRUCTOSE. Thats why they’re not sold in stores. 🤦♂️
Taste is awesome. Typical sriracha hot sauce, doesnt linger in your mouth like Tapatio. Plus, the easiest way to kill the fire on your tongue. Eat one or two slice of bread. After swallowing is complete. Drink one bottled water preferably Nestle water. 🙂

Great flavor!
REALLY great flavor. Will be my go-to Sriracha from now on. Just a small hint of sweetness that pairs well with the moderate (for Sriracha) heat level.

I hate Sriracha but I love this stuff
I dont like the flavor of regular Sriracha but this stuff is way different. It adds an actual flavor and some heat without being overbearing. Its kind of sweet - works well on breakfast burritos or anything else really. The sweetness makes it a bit weird on things youd normally put hot sauce on like wings but its still very good IMO. Ive bought several bottles over the last year or so and the only thing is the heat can be different from batch to batch. Thats to be expected with 'small' batch stuff like this and is actually printed on the bottle. Im not a pepper head but can tolerate moderate heat. This stuff has never been overbearing or made me reverse blow (unless you drink a spoonful then its a bit spicy) and adds just a bit of heat. We always have a dozen or so hot sauces on hand and while I do like some heat, I hate the stuff thats just hot without flavor. I also hate the stuff thats so hot you have to reverse blow or need a drink or that leaves your mouth pouring out saliva non-stop. That just makes it unenjoyable. This stuff has flavor. Ive tried almost all of their flavors and I like them all. Their jalapeno is great and about the top of my heat level while still being enjoyable. The habanero is pretty hot. Tasty but only need a few drops. Its borderline too hot for me especially if you squirt it on all over. That one starts to be just heat and no flavor for me at least.

Better than Huy Fong Sriracha
Like any typical Asian household, I grew up putting Huy Fong’s Sriracha on everything. As I got older, my digestion got worst so I stopped using Sriracha altogether. Not sure if they changed their recipe over the years or what ever is the case, I would get stomach pains after using it.Recently, a coworker recommended Yellow Bird. I love hot sauces and since the ingredients are all natural, for the most part, I figured why not give it a try. So glad that I did because let me tell you, this hot sauce is bombdiggity. It’s sweet with an extra kick. The best part is it doesn’t wreck my digestion. I can eat my meals with some extra flavor minus the side of pain.

5-Stars When Mixed With Their Ghost Pepper Sauce
The sriracha sauce on its own has a really nice flavor, but when compared to the biggest brand it does lack a bit in punchy heat. However, this is completely remedied by mixing it with a bit of their own ghost pepper sauce. Not only does it add more flavor depth, it still retains that sriracha charm at its core, and it will certainly bring in the heat if you want it to (it's all about the ratio, which you control).I even keep a bottle specifically for this mixture. It all depends on how much heat you like and how much of the ghost pepper sauce character you want added, so I recommend mixing small amounts first to see what you prefer. I like about 1 part ghost pepper to 3-4 parts sriracha. This adds plenty of heat, but it still slots right in where standard sriracha sauces tend to shine. This simple little mixture is very cohesive. To me it really stands out on its own and doesn't just taste like a mixture of sauces, if that makes sense.Yellowbird Sriracha + Yellowbird Ghost = 5 stars. However, this is supposed to be a review for the sriracha alone, which while still good, really benefits from the ghost pepper boost because it lacks that kick.
