We needed a customized rug to cover our bathroom floor in order to keep warmth during winter time. After some extensive research, I found Koeckritz who can customize the color and the size of the rug that I wanted.I received a call from Koeckritz a day or two after ordering. He (I am sorry but I didn’t write down his name) told me that they have one piece left based on our specs. Unfortunately, there is a problem with that last piece. He gave me the options to cancel or to wait for a new piece. I found this very welcoming as most companies would just send out what they have. I chose the option of wait and get a new piece. I laid out the carpet after receiving it yesterday, 12/5/2023. My wife and I are so happy with it. The quality of the carpet is outstanding and the color matches exactly with what is in the description. As you can see from the picture, the size is just right also.I will buy from Koeckritz again in the future.

Great customer service!!! Even though the initial rug color wasn't quite what I expected, the company was very accommodating ans made the exchange easy and cost free! Customer service the way it should be. We are grateful for being so accommodated. ... And the quality of the rug is excellent.
