Works great with the Cisco IP Phone 7945. People that I'm talking to say I'm very clear sounding, and I use it in a noisy environment. The quick connect is great too so you don't have to constantly pull the cord out of the phone. I was worried the cheaper headset would not work as well at the 100+ dollar versions but this have been great so far. Comfortable and the mic swings 180 so you can use either ear. Seems well built and in 3 months had no issues thus far. No need for an amplifier with this either, the 7945 phone has great sound just plugged straight in.

I have had this for less than 4 months. Sound keeps going in and out. It is no unusable. Very disappointed. Do not buy this!

Great headset, works amazingly well with my Cisco phone!

I've been searching for a headset that allows me to hear incoming calls clearly and they can hear me. This is the best one and for a great price. I can hear and they don't tell me I sound bad anymore. I ended up buying my coworker one and she loves it. It allows me to do my job better, especially calls.

These work perfect for what we needed. We purchased three of them and they all work well and fit comfortably. Even better was the price for what you get.

Unfortunately I cannot give this product zero stars, and unfortunately I cannot receive a refund because I missed the window by a couple of days, because I ordered before my landline was active so I couldn't test it. However because of the price that I paid for the item as well as the seemingly good quality upon inspection of the item I thought I would be good. Now that my landline issues are resolved and I test the product I am furious! The volume is EXTREMELY low, even with the volume turned all the way up on the headset and the telephone itself and my phone is on the list of compatible phones. I would really appreciate any contact from the seller with the option to exchange or issue a new product for the price that I have paid because this item is absolutely useless to me straight out of the box.

I purchased a few of these as trial headsets since many models are so expensive. I loved this headset, but some of my employees did not. The mic adjusts up and down, but not in and out like some other models do. People with larger faces and bigger cheeks may not be able to wear this model; the mic fits too close to the face.

I use this all the time on my phone line which gives me full able to use my hands for something else - like typing on mu keyboard or looking for papers relevant to the phone call. Works very well and happy with this product.

This headset is so uncomfortable. I can't wear it for more than 10 minutes, and it's so tight on my skull that it's incredibly painful. I can't believe more people are experiencing the same issues with this product.

I used this headset 5 days a week for work. Was great sound quality and fit well. Purchased in March of 2020. It cracked today right where the screw was in the headband part. I was disappointed that it didn’t last longer. ***edited review*** Wantek has amazing customer service! They contacted me asking if I would be willing to try their product again and sent me a replacement headset for free. I am so happy to be able to use this headset again as it had great sound quality and is very comfortable! Thank you for the wonderful customer service!
