I started with the lowest dose, to see how it works. Within 2 weeks. My eye floats disappeared. That's what 'I' noticed how it affected me. That's not to say how it will affect others. So, for the money, it was worth it. Did I try this in another brand name, no. Do I take other supplements at the same time, yes.I experiment, to find the right combination in my supplements. When supplements don't have much of a positive impact on my health, I stop taking them. I don't like overloading my system with supplements, that don't help. Would I buy these again, yes.

I liked how the product worked for me in terms of clarity and energy. However, It refused to deliver to California. We have a second residence so it was delivered there. Have not purchased a second bottle.

I think it's common to take 300mg of NAD+ (TruNiagen) daily, but my rheumatologist recommended I try 100mg a day to see if it would help me have more energy. I find it helpful, and along with that it has also helped to regulate my sleep cycle, so I am sleeping better. Needless to say I'm pleased with the results so far, and I'm not experiencing any lasting side effects. It did give me a daily headache until my body got used to it. That took maybe a week and then they stopped. I experimented with 200mg a day, with one capsule at breakfast and another at lunch, but decided to stay with just one at breakfast for now.

I did not see anywhere on the product description that this product contains magnesium stearate, the ingredient was not listed anywhere that I could see on the description or I would not have wasted their or my time. Trying to get a refund for supplements from Amazon is not simple, you have to Google the customer service number and go through all the prompts to do finally get a live person. But Amazon did refund my money. If you want supplements without these additives your liver has to process look into Vimergy brand.

I'm 82 years old and was failing fast when I discovered this product last winter. Could even walk steadily. Within a week of daily 100mg doses, I began noticing minor changes, somewhat clearer thinking, better mood and a bit more energy. As time went on, I began noticing other benefits I hadn't even considered...but mostly more strength, less shakiness, alleviating neuropathy in feet, better lung function and so on. I've been taking it for over two months now....and super impressed! I suspect that those of you who have very little response may not be as deficient in NAD+ as I seemed to be.Since I also have a small lung tumor, I took a real risk that it might also boost cancer activity, but a recent CT scan didn't indicate any major differences. (Will have more radiation therapy soon and I hope this regimen puts an end to it.)

Only took one not three since the price ain’t nice. I got by on one. It gives you a boost for sure I pair it with 5 mg of DHEA in the morning. I like it and will buy again. I do sleep more in the night and have vivid dream recall. Update. I live in a travel trailer and in the winter now with 41 degree nights even 37. I’m able to tolerate the cold in fact I only sleep barely with out anything and one lil quilt on me. I do not have heat. It also gives my cheeks a flush. So I’d say it does do something to your core temperature. I took one and then didn’t to figure this out. So it’s cheap nutritional heat for me in the winter!!!!

Product actually works pretty well for anti-aging. It’s just costly - although still less expensive and more realistic than most alternatives. Quality product overall.
