This flashlight ROCKS!Initial charge takes about 2 hours. It is super bright and a bright white color. They send you the usb cord to be used in your universal charger. It’s very versatile because you can use the rechargeable battery or they give you an adapter for 3 aaa batteries that you can put in the body of the flashlight and run it that way. It’s super easy to use. To turn it off just hold button for a couple of seconds. If you want to advance to the next level of brightness or strobe or sos you just quickly click the button.I would say to use caution around kids. It’s NOT a toy. Don’t shine in others eyes or pets eyes and it’s so powerful that the front end gets hot after a few minutes.Very nice bright flashlight that will light up the yard. The front of the light slides forward or back for a more focused or a broader light. That’s a nice feature and design.Comes in a nice plastic case with all the accessories too.

This Flashlight is top notch!It's way cheaper than the ones I purchased and used in the Sheriff's Office. What's even better, it works just as good or better than the ones I used.The one thing that is still amazing me is the charge life of the rechargeable battery. I have had the AAA battery pack on standby to swap out the drained rechargeable battery. But to my amazement, I still have not needed to swap it out or even recharge whatsoever. It's about a month! Really?! Not even the expensive name brand flashlights lasted this long. There's 4 blue LED lights to indicate the battery level. 3 of 4 are showing that it's 3/4th full. Really?! Wow! I use it 4 out of 7 days, kind of like when working the midnight shift, which was the majority of my career.Bottom line... Don't hesitate. Don't waste your money on the big name brands. Don't think twice. Buy it and be amazed like myself. What is the worst that can happen? It's more powerful than you expected? It's too military/law enforcement grade? It's too durable? The optional battery backup is too useful?Well, only one thing that is a minor negative, the provided case is too lightweight for this heavy-duty flashlight. With the money you are saving, you can get a half decent or quality holster.If this review hasn't fully convinced you but you still buy it and you don't like it, get a refund. So you’ll have to try hard to ever find yourself without power with this flashlight.Also, it’s extremely bright! It’ll light up my entire backyard on the first setting. But there are also 3 less bright settings, for a total of 4 brightness settings. Plus it has 2 flashing beacons for emergency situations.It feels hefty in my hand. But not as heavy and cumbersome as some of those huge flashlights that used to be so popular.It comes with a perfect little case that holds the flashlight as well as the battery holder piece (for 3 AAA batteries (included in the purchase).It also has a holder to hook it onto your belt. The only downside is that if you want to be totally prepared and always have power, you need to carry the battery cell with you because the flashlight can’t hold BOTH the rechargeable battery AND the AAA battery cell at the same time. They must be switched out of the handle (which unscrews) in order to change between the two power sources (the rechargeable battery and the regular AAA batteries).But the entire kit is on sale right now and it’s basically a steal! I bought some for Xmas presents because this price can’t be beat.

Super bright, nice case. I like that it has a dual battery source (Regular AAA, or rechargeable options) The only drawback is that you have to cycle through the 5 modes to turn it off.

It is really very bright. The light brightness can be adjusted and there are preset light mode patterns . The lens can be changed to circle or square too. It comes with a rechargeable battery and a holder for 3 AAA sized batteries that fits inside the flash light (may be for emergency ). No complaints about charge life. The flash light is rugged- the quality can be felt.Really great product

I'm a audio and lighting guy, and I can literally remember when it took a thousand watt quartz halogen spotlight to create this much light! I can't believe so much light can come from such a tiny flashlight.A couple of the features that I didn't expect were first, that it has a USB a jack so you can use this as a power bank to charge your phone. And second, it comes not just with the rechargeable battery but can also be loaded up with AAA's, giving you both the flexibility of rechargeable, and the ability to just pop in batteries and go if you don't have time to recharge. I think the best of both worlds would be to have an extra 18650 rechargeable battery to be able to swap if you need redundancy .

I have spent some money on flashlights in the past but none of them come close to what this thing can do. The brightness the fact that it's rechargeable and it's also tactical so you can use it in emergency situations. They give you both rechargeable battery and the pack that lets you use basic batteries in a pinch, comes in a cool carrying case and it also lets you know if it's battery is dying to help you not end up in a bad situation. I don't think I've ever had a brighter flashlight than this.
