Keurig K Supreme Plus and this is a perfect fit
We have the Keurig K Supreme Plus and this is a perfect fit. The Keurig even recognized the pod as "Keurig my KCup". Zero issues and good price point compared to a direct purchase from Keurig for one. Even cleaning was super easy. Enjoy!

Coffee filter easy to use . You can use a paper filter inside them if you choose. Pricing is good. The good have no cover over the holes but they work perfectly.

Fits my k slim!
This has the 5 holes on top which are needed for my K Slim. There are others I had purchased that said they were compatible that were not. These are.My only complaint is the design of the bottom of it. They left a little space in the bottom of the cup which means that grounds get stuck in there and are really difficult to wash out. If they had made it level instead of what feels like a tiny canyon, it would be a lot easier to clean! One month in, this is not the hugest of problems, but I worry about the grounds that I can't get out and what that means as time goes on.
