Price is right, was worry about quality, but after received, I am smiling. Supplier tech answer quick answer for technical question, I recommended Alpinetech. Great quality item and after services.

I used this LED to wire into my doorbell transformer (18VAC), and ran the leads to an on/off switch mounted in a mailbox. The glow from the LED is just the right brightness to clearly see that we have mail and not distracting from our TV viewing on the adjacent wall at night. A very cost effective solution for me as it didn't need any additional resistors or diodes added to function.

After several years of occasionally getting up in the morning to find I left garage door open, time to fix this. Had the leftover wire from door opener install, a switch and all I needed was a small low voltage led that would work off the 24vac door transformer. Without drilling hole in cover plate I now have a invisible indicator light to tell me that door is open. When door is closed you don’t know it’s there, very clean install.

10/11/22 It works now, I wired it wrong. Device doesn't power the light, so need to wire the light to the power source. Happy now.

Bought to use as a test light. Okay so far.

I used it for a well indication light in my home. You have to have a low voltage transformer but it works perfectly once set up. I wish the wire leads for connecting were a little longer but other than that it is perfect. Installs nicely in the baseboard.
