Easy to apply!
This did a great job of sealing my old Coleman tent. If you do use it, make sure to spread out the tent cover so it can dry. This helped make sure that the seams did not stick together. If you will apply it on the tent itself, I recommend setting up the tent before applying. I have used my old tent many times, keeping us dry! Even though it was a small bottle, I sealed both my 6-person and my two 3-person tents with it and still have plenty left!

Great product and necessary for all tents.
Works perfectly. However, use caution around netting and zippers. If you get it to close to zippers they will not work and it will leave a residue on the netting. This can be remedied by using an alcohol prep pad or a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a Q-Tip to remove the product from unwanted areas. It's also great if you have a small hole in your ten window/door netting. Squeeze a little on each side of the netting and let it dry to fill in the hole. Since it's flexible it's a great temporary fix until you can sew or otherwise patch the hole.

Used on inflatable decoration
We used this to help seal up the seams on a large Halloween/Christmas inflatable. There were a lot of leaks from the seams, this product seems to have sealed them up pretty well. The inflatable feels more solid/rigid. It was easy to apply to the seams, just a little tough to squeeze the bottle to get a good consistent flow of product. It is somewhat visible on the seams, made the area a bit shiny, not a big deal for us just something to be aware of.

easy to use
works well, easy to use, seals the seams easily. The foam tip does get a little dirty as you use it if you have used the tent a lot, but I don't know how they could avoid that. I have bought lots of bottles of this through the years, and continue to be very satisfied. Sealing all the seams on a big tent does take awhile. Set aside more time than you think you will need to get the job done. Used up my last bottle today. Time to buy some more!

HELD UP
This spray has held up thru two thunder storms in Oklahoma City, OK. Last year during the 4th Of July, my tent was the lone tent standing with NO water in my tent. I feel partly because of spraying the seams again when I received my tent and partly because I had a very durable and reliable Coleman tent. Both are still going strong. Just went on another camping trip two weeks ago, another wind and rain storm, the only one still dry and no leakage. I will buy more to seal again...Great product. P.S. I need to stop camping in thunderstorms!! LOL

Careful what you buy.....
I skate a thin line with this product...let me just say that up front. I've been using it in various forms since the 80's. Exposed to sun, it has a tendency to yellow, but not lose its strength. The big caveat with this product is storage after you open in. It definitely has a shelf life and maybe if it was vacuum sealed, it would last longer. I usually buy this stuff in a tube, but this came in a bottle with an applicator top. Same stuff though, but figure on using it just the once if you can. The sealer in the bottle is harder to get out in quantity to do a repair than the tube. I think the reality is that this bottle is meant to do seams and such and not so much straight-up nylon repair.......at least not where you have to glob it on. It's still basically the best product for nylon repair & waterproofing that I know of and I've tried most of the products over the yrs.

So far so good
This product is completely different from what it shows in the picture. Its the same one that you will see in your local sports store or walmart by coleman. It doesn't have a brush at the end which i would have liked because it is in the picture which is why it loses 1 star. Most tents have pretty tight seams so getting into them with the product can be difficult due to the fact it doesnt have the convenient brush. The tip is actually a somewhat flat sponge that only protrudes from the bottle by 1-2 millimeters. The good part about this is you waste less product, the bad part is you may need some help pulling the seams apart far enough to apply the product unless you have 3 hands. I have a large tent (coleman weathermaster screened 6) and 1 bottle was just enough to cover all the seams, but remember it doesnt last forever and needs to be re-applied, id say atleast seasonal at a minimum. It basically makes your seams feel like they have been rubbarized and repels water as if it were rubber. Id recomend this product because it does what it says, although update the picture to the actual product.
