What does the mode function do? Manual says that it will change the light from red to blue to purple but it doesn’t say what the function is.

Hi..those are the intensities...it feels so good and you can turn on the heat or leave it off...it also rotate the little balls forward and in reverse and in diffrent modes....very well worth it...enjoy

your local auto parts store should have those plugs in stock. If you cant find a replacement online you can find one that the end cap fits on yours. just don't lose the spring that keeps pressure on button from the inside.
