This was the only suit that I felt confident in ordering the right size based off of the size chart. I'm 5'8" tall and 140 pounds. The size medium fits perfectly. The pants and jacket lining are both reflective so it pushes the heat back into your body. I will be using it to increase my red blood cell count in the Sauna room. The sauna at my gym maxes out at 160° and I need it to be at least 185°. This suit will help get it there. Great quality and plenty of flexible room to workout in as well, while looking like it fits properly.

Ps , runs small so go one size up from your original size, product works as intended. It is not wind breaker or cold resistant keep this in mind when you go for run outside is best if you only used underwear with it to trap the heat . No t shirt or shorts!
