I wanted some lightweight large towels for our recent holiday and was a little dubious, however I did not regret it.I washed them before we went and no dye ran. They worked perfectly for our week's holiday and did not get that crispy feel you get with beach towels after all the use. They saved so much space in our cases, and were very light for carrying about. Size was great too and the fact these were double sided print meant that they did not look cheap. I think they dried quicker than a normal towel by the sea/pool...hard to tell. But they definitely do after washing and spinning... come out almost dry.Great purchase!!

Nice and lightweight perfect for hols, great quality, tested it after a shower and was so impressed it was super absorbent the size of the towel is like a bath sheet so roomy to wrap round the body , good length. This is a game changer for holidays as it will take up no room at all in a suitcase and so easy to carry to and from beach/pool and it also comes in a bag perfect 👌

These towels are amazing, they do everything the description says they do.I had some microfibre gym towels (from another supplier) which were great but thicker and more like ordinary towels and had expected the same, these were not, they are thin BUT absolutely brilliant! Don't let the thickness fool you. We've used them on the beach, they do absorb the water, dry very quick and of course don't become heavy as a result of being wet and best of all they don't hold onto the sand!!!!

We nearly sent these straight back without using them. They are not like towels at all. Very similar to thin cloths you get for cleaning spectacles. But, they work really well. They take up very little space in the suitcase and, most importantly, they dry the body really well. Then, just hang them up or lay them flat somewhere and they dry out really quickly. In the end, a very good buy.

Very light so great for travel. Good size. Very quick drying. OK, not as thick as a towel so lying on a pebbley beach not recommended but otherwise perfect for taking on your holiday. Would recommend.

Do not buy - bought for winter lake swimming. It’s a bit like plastic table cloth. Not fit for purpose- gutted I bought a double pack and have used one so I can’t return…waste of money

I bought these towels for my holiday great value for money very thin and light to pack. Wash well and dry very quickly.

the first time I felt these towels, I was actually taken aback. They are thin, lightweight microfibre, and not at all "traditional towel-like". I washed them first (the dye didn't run) and then used one out of the shower. They definitely absorb well; I found blotting my skin worked much better than rubbing, like you would with a terry-cloth towel. These towels also dry pretty quickly, especially if you lay them out, or hang them up without being bunched up. The only thing I will say that I miss about "normal" towels is the coziness they provide. These microfibre towels don't do much in the way of warming you up after getting out of water. They will be great at the beach, on a hot summer day, but maybe not so much in the middle of winter when you're getting out of the shower and it's chilly.

LARGE: at 40 x 70 inches this is a decent-sized towel. Most towels like this I find are advertised to be only about 31 inches wide and that extra width makes a big difference in covering your body when wrapping around you.Pros:Super light to carry. Folds quite small and compact.Absorbs well. Dries quickly.Large enough to nicely wrap around your body.Beautiful double-sided design! Print on one side, solid colour on the other.Machine wash and dry nicely.Cons:Doesn't feel as "cozy" and warm as a regular towel.A bit hard to get used to the feel.Getting used to a microfibre towel is an adjustment. It is super thin! It doesn't feel thick and warm like a traditional terry cloth towel. It also feels very odd to dry off your body. Instead of a rough towel feeling, it is very smooth and silky. It feels like it would not do a good job drying you off but in fact it dries better than a traditional towel! With just a quick wipe it quickly absorbs all water quickly and easily. It also dries more quickly than a regular towel.For home use, I still prefer a regular towel but these towels are PERFECT for traveling, camping, trips to the swimming pool, etc. The light and compact size and the ability to dry quickly make them perfect for trips away from home. Easy and light to stuff into a backpack. I have not tried with sand yet, but it definitely seems like they would repel sand better than a terry towel.

The title of the product says "towel", but the package contains two towels, not one. I thought that I was ordering just one, with different print on each side.These towels are awesome. They are of very generous size, so that you can wrap yourself in the towel when you get out of water. They absorbency is very high, and they dry very quickly. Additionally, they are still quite absorbent when wet - just wrung them out, and they can absorb some more water.I will never go back to cotton towels after trying microfiber ones. For outdoors use these are a lot better. They take a lot less space in your bag, dry faster, and are just so much more practical.
