I bought this product half a year ago, it's good for my daily usage, but one day the hard drive had an issue. Then the support team promptly offered to replace my Mini PC with a brand new one. A good product at a decent price, but the real story here is the customer service. 11 months after buying this, something must have come loose, dislodged, fried, whatever..... and it would only boot to the BIOS screen. I contacted customer support, they did some basic troubleshooting and think the SSD must have died. I sent mine in and they provided a new replacement immediately. The whole process only took about a week (me shipping mine to them, them shipping the new one to me.) Definitely be a future customer for my other computer needs. Awesome service!

if this issue didnt happen i would have given the PC 5 stars ran great until the HDD died after 11 months. i have been trying to reach out to support and warranty and have received no response in 6 or 7 days. it did not come with a windows key or recovery option incase something like this happened. the PC has been a good PC and if this incident did not happen i would of 100% bought another one but i don't think i would now, i need my PC for my work along with other people in my house and to not even get a response from support in over 6 days is ridiculous and unacceptable from any company that takes your money for there product. i recommend going to a local store you can buy a pc at, at least if you have a problem you can go there and find out whats going on. most people are used to having a PC with alot of stuff on it that they need and when something goes wrong they need it fixed.

Replaced a windows 10 mini pc not compatible with Windows 11. Chose the larger SSD drive and Ram. Simple to add the old 2 tb hard drive from the old mini pc, attach the cables of the old pc to new one and reinstall my favorite software. Everything worked and compatible with old software. Windows would not activate so Technical support contacted via email. It took them a couple of days to respond but an activation key was emailed so problem solved.

The product key for Win11 did not work. I emailed customer support. They made contact with me within 48hours. The next day, I had a new product key. Everything works great. Great customer support is amazing.

Do not buy this product. You will have a dead computer within a year. We did everything we could to fix it (rebooting it, removing the physical hard drive, etc.). Unfortunately, it did not recognize the hard drive and it disappeared on the BIOS. Not worth it. Waste of $600+. Lost all files, photos, and data. Customer service was nice and tried, but ultimately very unhelpful. Your warranty lasts one year, and our computer broke one month after the warranty expired.

This is a very nice unit, GMKtec Is legitimate!! After my original purchase, I did have some minor problems contacting tech support, but they eventually came through in a huge manner. By far the VERY BEST customer service experience I've ever had; they went above and beyond, and I sincerely appreciate it; as a result, I will be a client again when it comes time to update my Computer.

I liked size, and features... CPU, memory and looks. nice m.2 drive.
