These offer a pretty comprehensive list of vitamins and minerals. I think they are pretty common for a typical multi-vitamin but a bit pricey. I think you be will just as well off taking 1 as the 2 they recommend. This idea of mega dosing on vitamins seems kinda stupid to me. Your body is only going to use so much and the rest (along with your money) will literally go down the toilet. Most the %DV on this ones list has at least 200% or more so I think taking one is the more logical and most cost effective. There is no way to really tell for absolutely sure if all those vitamins and minerals we take are really helping that much. I hope so for what they cost. These are a reasonable cost with 1, but if taking 2, I think is too pricey. Just my opinion. Also, if you want to read the list on this bottle, get a microscope. You'll need it!

I’ve ordered these five times and every single time I get a handful of powder when I dump the pills out and then have to waste my time blowing it away from the surviving pills into the sink and making a mess. Usually end up with about three empty pills with shells that look like they got crudely smashed together. Just had enough. Plus they’re not in stock a quarter of the time anyway. Time to buy from a producer that has their act together like Solgar.

This is a pretty good multivitamin with some nice minerals as well, including Zinc, Iron, and Calcium, all of which I like to add to my daily vitamin intake. So while I am pleased with all the other content, there are a few things I'm not thrilled with. The printing on the bottle is so very tiny that I needed a magnifying glass to see it. Now there are a lot of vitamins and minerals in it, so that's great, but unless you have the eyes of a teenager, it's going to be challenging. I just used the online image for reference. Also, it's a 2 per day recommended dosage, so this is just a 30-day supply.

The size of this vitamin/supplement capsule is just under an inch and the easiest for me to swallow when I compare to other vitamins/supplements. These multivitamins have a typical panel of ingredients and seem pretty much as expected. They are large, clear, powder-filled capsules, and require taking 2 for one serving. I did not have any broken capsules in my bottle, as others have mentioned.As for negatives, the type on the bottle is really tiny and I had to use the magnifier on my phone to read the ingredients. Also, it says "formulated in the USA" but does not say where these are manufactured.
