Does it come with a baton?
No. Only holder included!

Firstly, please make sure your baton outside diameter is about 1.2inch.

Second, the 16 inch, 21 inch, 26 inch in the description are the lengths of the standard baton when it is expanded.

FAQ:

Will this fit 16 inch baton?
The baton holder is approximately 5.9 inch in length, and the 16 inch baton is approximately 6.3 inch long when compressed, with a 0.4 inch gap from the top. May be a little inconvenient to grab the top when draw out the baton.

What do they mean by 21 and 26 inch i have a 23 inch baton will that fit this ?
As in 21 inches through 26 inches fully expanded. Your 23 inch should have no problem so long as it's standard width is the same it should fit well.

Will this fit any off-brand baton?
Batons are generally the same diameter(except for special shapes). The difference is their length after they are expanded and compressed.
1. Make sure your baton outside diameter is about 1.2inch.
2. Make sure your baton is over 6 inches and less than 10 inches long when compressed.

Is this velcro or a loop that holds it onto the belt?
