I bought this jacket (actually two of them) for the spring and fall weather. I wanted something light and breathable, yet not bulky. These are perfect. They’re very thin, so you don’t actually get hot, but it blocks the cool air from making you cold when you go from the indoors to outside and you’re still sweaty. I especially like them for running on chilly mornings when you start of cool but later, you want to shed a few layers when your core warms up. I can just ball it up in my hand or put it in my pocket and continue my run. The zipper handle is a bit small, but the benefit is that it makes it streamlined. The arm length is a bit longer than normal, but it’s a welcomed length when you reach out or extend your body. You can tell it was deliberately done. I’m a litter over 5’10” and I weigh about 190ish right now. I’m not bulky or muscular, but not skinny. This is designed for a slim person, in my opinion. Worth the buy, worth the price.

I purchased this for my son that works as a utility locator. He wears the hi-viz vest but always wears dark clothes under it. This is lightweight and seems like it will do well in rain. It's more orange than red. My son is 5'6" and it fits perfectly except for the arm length (too long) and there is no elastic around the wrist so it hangs. He'll have to role it up. Overall I a pleased. Hopefully people see my baby so I don't end up in prison on a manslaughter charge.

I'm 6'4" and 165 pounds and I order both the large and the medium. The large was a bit too bulky and wide on the shoulders. The medium fit perfectly. As other reviewers have said, the sleeves are long, which is perfect for me being rather tall. The cinch around the waste is great too. The jacket is thin and light weight, but effective at blocking the wind. It's perfect for an extra layer while running. It also looks really good.

I have another Adidas jacket similar to this, but it's black and no pockets with a hood. I keep that next to my front door to grab when I go in and out and need a light jacket. I've ran into some situations thought that I needed my light jacket but I didn't grab it on the way out. So I got this one to keep in my car. It's not 100% waterproof but is good enough to keep you dry if you're out in the rain in a short period of time. It's also good for when it's windy and/or slightly chilly outside. I play ice hockey and so does my son. The rink does get cold and I throw this on while I'm in there and it's much more convenient than a blanket. I love this jacket. It looks good and it's Adidas!

For something with such quality and styling, this Adidas Marathon Jacket is very affordable and would make a great gift for any runner. One thing about Adidas athletic apparel, they're sizing has been very inconsistent in recent years. Sometimes I would fit a L, other times I'm a S. For this jacket, I fit a M. I'm 5'10" with a slim build, but wide shoulders. My shirt size is 16-16.5, 34/35.

I frequently walk my dog at night and have to walk along a busy highway with no sidewalk. I wanted a light jacquet that has night reflection and this does the job perfect.. It is very bright and the 3 stripes are light reflective that helps with night visibility. It also doubles as a windbreaker or rain jacket when paired with a sweatshirt on those chilly days. It fits as expected and wears very light. I like the zipped pockets as well to ensure you don't lose your valuables.
