Will this fit a juki hzl-f600 exceed?

If the needles you use have a flat side on top, no. My machine is an old Singer 111w155 that I use for very heavy-duty sewing.....marine canvas, vinyl/cloth upholstery, etc. I do know they won't work in my lighter weight Brother home sewing/quilting machine. Hope my answer helps.

Will these work in a Singer 16-41?

I'm not familiar with that machine, but if it takes an industrial size needle then it should fit. There are no Flats so orientation is up to you.

Will these fit pfaff 1245?

I believe they will fit any machine. I have Pfaff, Singer, Brother, Juki and White machine and they will fit into all my machines.
