I thought it was a little pricey but still worth buying. Easy to assemble easy to paint to you liking.

It goes together really well, but could use an optional chimney. Also some windows for the basement would be helpful.

Had just enough detail, easy to assemble and paint and look great on my N-scale model railroad lay out. Wish you made other designs.

My grandparents had a farm house just like this that is still in the distant family. Unlike the Bachmann homes, this is a bit smaller in size, but with lots of possibilities. Interior detailing, especially with the large 2nd floor window. I added stairs to the second floor and divided the rooms for the Heck if it. May even put a bed and .......... . If you want to light it up, make sure that you put a black base coat to keep the light from shining through the white walls and roof. Hoping for more homes from this company. NOW they have a 3 home set with different colours.

It appears to be S Guage, or 1/64 scale: NOT HO SCALE. Other than that, a nicely done kit which goes together easily, but has some details which are out of scale like the pitch floor boards. The roof shingles are not realistically textured.

It’s a great little house.Ever model is a great company. Most of it was put together already. You just had to put your windows and window frames and a few other pieces not bad easy to do. Great quality, good value for the money! I would definitely buy again.

Excellent injection molded kit for my N scale (gauge) layout. These are modeled on actual American semi-rural small town structures from the 1940s to the 60s. As such they fit the EMD F3/F7 and the steam locomotive transition era that I model. A smidgen large (probably 1:150 scale) which is common for Japanese and UK N gauge stuff. Accurate detailing already which takes paint well but one can gussy these up with all manners of 3D printed details that can be found and ordered on the web. I believe these are not made of the usual styrene but ABS plastic, as such I haven't used Tamiya solvent glue for styrene. Maybe ABS/PVC pipe glue (runny type) will work?
