My husband ankles and feet was bothering him bad. He saw this advertisement on TV and asked me to order it for him. When he received it he rubbed it on his ankles and feet before going to bed, massaged it in so well. Put socks on and said they felt very well that next morning when he got up. He said it was like they were nerver hurting. My shoulder bother me all the time, I rub some on it everytime I fill the pain and it helps me a lot especially at night when I get ready for bed. It doesnt have a bad smell tall and it's not greasy. We love it.

JUST what you need. It REALLY helps with the pain minimization. It is NOT a healing item but it makes you feel a little better. Kinda pricey but worth it.
