Really nice for the price!
The quality of this machine is a steal for the price. It's sturdy, and smooth. The range of movement is good and I can get a solid contraction on the quads and hammies. (I'm shorter so maybe that helps?) I thought assembly was easy. Somewhere in between that badass melenium falcon Lego set you had as a kid, and that Ikea futon you built for Netflix and Chill with Jessica. I had an issue with FedEx (go figure) and Titan got back to me in 45 minutes to fix the issue. Great experience!

I would buy it again
I assembled it in 20 minutes, using my own tools. If you use the supplied tools it will take longer. I really like this machine but I am going to be pretty critical because it could be much better, hope they dont mind critical feedback. I can get a great workout for both sides of my legs with this machine. I am 6'1" 230 , I fit and am comfortable on the machine. It moves super smooth and quiet with no weird noises or clunks. One thing that is super important on a leg extension machine is the pivot point, It must be centered on the knee or the feel sucks. Titan got this right! If you ever used a machine where the ankle pad is rolling ,or worse sliding, up and down your shins every rep you know why this is important. I have had this experience on a few commercial pieces. The lower seat on the Titan machine adjusts within a few inch range to tweak this if you need to. I made the leg holdown pad completely removable (takes a few seconds off or on). I used bearing lock to make the bearings stay put in the hold down part and replaced the 10mm bolt with a thumbscrew I bought here on amazon. The reason I did this is it allows me to get a better stretch on extensions because you can lean farther forward when you get on it to hook your ankles under the pad, which in turn lets you set the ankle pad back further. You can also move the ankle pad into other positions for things like 1 leg glute pushdowns although a bit awkward it works. The hold down and ankle pads are very hard I dont love them but they work. The holddown , although it does its job, it doesn't feel like its where I want it to be but my thighs are on the bigger side so that could be a factor. I also did not like the seat back angle so I fixed it with a hinge and a spring (see picture) not perfect and not how I would have done it if I designed the machine but its vastly better. I have my machine in a tight corner and the handles made getting in and out a pain. I didnt like the way they felt anyway so I took them off. I also cut a couple inches off the seat back post to get closer to the wall as I will never need to extend it that far. On curls I always put my fists behind the pad and push forward anyway. On extensions I take the holdown off and put my hands right on my thighs but you can also grab the seat bottom if thats more comfortable for you. A must do for me is to use the idea from Home Gym Hacks and Reviews channel of placing a plate ( I use a rubber coated 25) on the stop pin for both movements so you have resistance at the bottom and its more consistent throughout. I had designed an arm for this but the trick works so well I didnt make it yet and may not. If you are planning to use good form on this machine its very good and I am so glad to have it in my gym despite its minor shortcomings. I think if you are looking to throw maximum weights around this will likely disappoint unless you bolt it down and stay in the machines weight limit. If not bolted down I suggest a minimum of 25 lbs on the back storage pin for every 100 lbs you use on the machine. Especially if you have a 25 or 35 on the stop pin as suggested earlier. I made the thing that looks like an armless gingerbread man in the pictures (v1 which worked fine but got lost was a 2x2x1 block of maple). It has a magnet in it and sticks to the machine. I use this to hold the pop pin out while I change from curls to extensions. It allows me to have both hands free to rotate the mechanism over without having to remove the Lower arm stop pin which in my case has a 25 lb plate on it. Assembly things to watch out for-Be careful not to over tighten the 2 bolts that hold the frame to the rotating mechanism. Because they didn't supply a stiffener plate or weld crush bushings in the holes, the bolts have the power to crush the tube because the holes are crossing the 3" side of the tube. Not a big deal if you are careful. I have several titan products and have a lot of experience with their company and as a company rate them as follows; Products- Very good to excellent in terms of quality for the money. Good welds, finish and functionality. Shipping- Excellent, its free and after thousands of dollars worth of product no damage and reasonably fast. Customer service- Needs work a solid 1 out of 5. I have contacted service on several occasions with issues like 1 order question, wanting to buy spare parts, get a quote buy equipment, and once for them to send me links to review my purchases(how can you fail on this?). I was semi satisfied on 2 of the requests and answered but not helped on 2. They seem to focus on getting rid of the issue rather than solving your problem, have no product knowledge, and seem politely unhelpful. I bought this machine through amazon for that reason just in case. I paid $559 so wait for a good sale . If you blow a bearing (I havent but wrote the number down while disassembled) 6805-2RS Bearings 25x37x7mm will fit

I am very happy with it
I just put it together and tried a few sets with it. I am 5’9” and it’s very ergonomically comfortable. I’ve used commercial equipment thats very awkward but this is quite nice. I will probably cut the tab off for the upper leg support arm stop as others have done just to make it easier to get in and out. The bottom cushion is a little wobbly due to the hinge assembly, but I didn’t notice while doing sets. Note that this doesn’t have constant tension due to the plates loading on a lever. It has a different feel than commercial cable equipment. It’s ultimately not a bad thing imo as you get more tension towards the end of the rep while your muscles are in a stronger position, but it is a little different. All in all it seems like a well built unit that’ll last a long time.

Good at first, but when reached a heavy weight the metal bent upon use and will not work properly
I have had this product now for 2 years. Over the course of 2 years I have slowy increased the weight I can use. Once I reached 155lbs, the metal has bent and the system no longer flows fluidly. The metal has bent holding that much weight when the product claims to hold 300lbs. I would highly suggest if you are looking for a leg extension to not buy a plant loaded one.

Love it
Arrived intact, very easy and quick to assemble (less than 30 minutes). Easy to switch from leg curls to extensions. Holds Olympic plates, no adapter required. Overall quality is better than expected. Wasn’t sure what was going to show up from all the comments. Version 2 is what I got and is clearly improved from the older version as is described in some of the older comments. Love this equipment.

Very well made... for short people?
So I was excited to purchase this item and love it except when Im doing leg ext. I feel like I'm lifting the weight with my shins and it is very uncomfortable and hurts. This is with the seat fully extended back. I feel like I can figure out how to make it work but overall not a bad piece of equipment for my home gym.

Decent quality
I originally bought this from Titan Fitness and that ended up being a complete joke and never did get the product. Glad I bought it through Amazon. I paid a little more but I'm glad I did as this arrived damaged and because it was through Amazon, it was easy to deal with , if buying from Titan that would've been a little more difficult i've learned that from dealing with them from previous purchases. It's a good machine. The range of motion isn't the greatest but there's a tweek that can be done to help correct that. I also ground off the little knob pin they had on the pad that holds your legs down as it made it very difficult for bigger people to get in and out because the pad would only go up so high, I cut that little pin off and now the pad, swings all the way around making it easy to get in and out.. Titan should have done that. Overall I'm glad I got it.

Everything as expected
This machine does everything I wanted it to. Comfort level is great, especially due to the adjustable seat and backrest. Only thing I’d recommend is to make sure you offset the start of the weight lever, as it will provide a more even resistance throughout the exercise since it uses gravity.
