I have one remote not working. It will program but the the previous working remote stops working. How can I get them both working.

Hello, Ive connected a 12v supply top a 12v light ive wired it exactly as the instructions say and it trips at my fuse board please help

Tripping at the fuse board is probably caused by overcurrent, or a short to ground. Try just touching together the two wires that you want to relay-control, to check that is working, before connecting to the Receiver. The Receiver needs a 12 volt feed from some sort of mains-powered regulator, so make sure that is OK. The screw terminals on the relays, should be completely isolated from each other and the rest of the board ( except the Common and Normally-Closed of each relay ), so try to check the ohms with a meter.

Can this unit be wired directly to 240volt, ac mains? or do i need a transformer to adapt to the input dc voltage?

This receiver can work on DC 6~30V. It can not connect directly to 240V. You need a transformer. The working current for this receiver need to be more than 1A.
