Great taste and mixes well. Will make a nice thick shake with ice and hand held blender. I use 1 cup 2% milk ice and 1/2 cup water.

By the large quantity pack. I made the mistake of buying from 310 directly - the individual serving packs and those are NOT the same. Not sure if because it was near expirations but the quality of taste is not equal. This larger pack with the scoop is the way to go...very good. I actually mix one scoop with 12 oz water, plus ice and it dilutes to the perfect strawberry taste.

Protein drink might load up system for certain folks as evidenced by personal lab tests. My wife reacted such so she is limited to about 30 days use then none for awhile. I have had no problem and used the product reliably for years

This protein powder is disgusting. Chalky, Overly sweet but yet doesn’t taste like the flavors described. Amazon will not return your money for this product so spend your money on another product.

This is so delicious .. add in PB powder for even more flavor.

My favorite flavor from 310. Lemon is my second favorite. I like using the tropical as creamer in my coffee.

I've been drinking the older formula "meal replacement shake" that they've been phasing out, so this was my first time trying the "all in one meal" version. The original formula was the first protein shake I've had that didn't taste like chalk mixed with aspartame. This new version has similar flavor, but way more vitamins -which is good- but you can definitely taste it. No fake sugar aftertaste, but the texture is grainy and it tastes a bit medicinal. I've been mixing it with a lot of fruits, veggies, juice etc. which kind of defeats the purpose of a low calorie and all in one shake. However, for the amount of minerals, vitamins and protein it's probably worth the extra effort.

I’ve been drinking the vanilla flavor with cold water for about a month now, and I am very happy with the results. I “fast” every Monday by only consuming liquid food. It has helped me lose 10 pounds since I started and I have kept it off. I eat normally the rest of the week and exercise too. I wanted a meal replacement drink without the sugar and calories. After doing research and trying three different brands, I have decided 310 is my now permanent solution. I mix the vanilla (only flavor I’ve tried) with just water and drink it. It tastes like a powder drink - neither good or bad. I don’t understand the reviews that say it’s “god awful” because that’s not my experience with it. More importantly though, it does a really really good job of making me feel full. This fullness lasts me about 3-4 hours before I start thinking about eating something again. I then have another drink and am satisfied again. I do this 3x on Mondays and then drink water the rest of the time. This drink has really helped me achieve my weekly cleansing and weight loss goals. Highly recommend.
