When I first received this product, it reminded me of the Sound of Music, with the pastoral scene behind her. It is nice, not anything I specifically thought would thrill me, but I do like the fact that the base is strawberry. Gluten free is always a win for me, because since I have eliminated gluten from my diet I feel have gotten smarter. I have a less scattered brain, and that is always nice to understand. I was never a huge fan of gummies, but I thought, ok, I can try it. Secondly, freshness is very important to me. I hate a product that is stale, it makes one think that your opinion is not of any importance, since they are lax with quality control. This is helpful for us to notice that the product does seem fresher, and better tasting. This product is all of the following, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Vegan, Organic, Non-GMO, Dairy Free, Wheat Free, No Gelatin and real sugar, which seems pretty awesome to me. Non-GMO? That means that its DNA is not modified, which is cool. For example, organic farmers can’t plant GMO seeds, organic livestock cannot eat GMO feed, and organic food manufacturers cannot use GMO ingredients. They discriminate against it, (the only time discriminating is permissible!) All these facts are amazing. Ok, as far as eating sheep wool. Ewe. well I believe it is really cool when an animal is not harmed or killed to make a product, and it’s wonderful that no sheep needed to be killed to make the D3, but then again, no sheep need to die for wool creation....But YUCK is right, sheep wool should not be consumed, and if it is that is a super YUCK. The one thing that has not been summed up is the most important thing about this product. Since I have begun testing different products, this is the one product, out of all of them, that I have preferred. I love the taste of them, I am sad I am out of them, and I feel that I could make a commercial for these, why they are going to be a big hit, whatever your station in life. They are delicious, and it was hard to not eat more then I was supposed to. I did not share them with children, because there are no children around and they are not for dogs. These are delicious, and one of my favorite products EVER! Try them, and you will see that you agree with me! I dare thee!

Y'all, this stuff is amazing! (Please excuse the fact that I look a hot mess. I worked 18 hours yesterday.) I ordered this off of Amazon about two weeks ago, and it is already making a difference in my life. My two pot coffee habit has suddenly become two cups. I'm sleeping better, and I'm waking up on my own. #noalarmneeded lol. Many of you may know already, but we've moved my mom into our home. In addition to the move taking over TWO weeks, I suddenly have another person to take care of. Prior to all of this, I'd been feeling run down due to all things #momlife and #momboss life. This D3+B12 supplement from #maryruthorganics has been a game changer. Do your research on B12 deficiency, and if anything sounds like you, give this stuff a try. I'm not a doctor, but I am a firm believer that if we give our bodies what they need, we live happier and healthier lives. I will be a faithful supporter of this supplement for life. And did I mention that these are little strawberry gummies? And that they are delicious???? Seriously, try them!!!!!

Tastes great and it’s halal. Only thing to be aware of is that this is mostly a b12 supplement not d3.

Ok, I have been taking these for a bit. Like a year. And I have a few things to say. You know how any googling you do pretty much states that it's dang near impossible to get too much B12? Well... I feel like I overdid it with these. One possible side effect is acne. Basically, the B12 can increase inflammation of acne causing bacteria. I may not be saying that right, so please do your own research. My energy levels pretty much stay tanked, and this D3 & B12 combo should be a winner, right? But it just felt like it can only help so much before I'm just popping gummies. And if I take too much, bam, a bad breakout. At first I thought... nahhh... but then I really paid attention and saw some kind of a pattern. Another thing that I'm concerned about is where and how they source their stuff. I mean anyone can make a claim and label, right? But how do we really know? This is where the company has an area of opportunity. These taste pretty good, like a natural fruit strip, but will begin to harden over time. I take other things from Mary Ruth's and like them as well, and the concept of vegan gummies with the best ingredients for assimilation is wonderful. But I wonder at how this is proven.

It’s just not too complicated when it comes to ingredients

I’ve been using these vitamins for a while now, so I think I can write an accurate review! First off, they taste great! My whole family has been taking them and I had to reiterate several times to my kids that they are not candy! I feel like I have a lot more energy since I’ve been taking this supplement, and I had no issues with my stomach. Some vitamins make me feel nauseous when I take them in the morning, but I have not had any trouble at all. I know some people were commenting on the color/texture- they contain coconut oil, so I have noticed that in the morning they are lighter and harder because the oil has hardened in the cold overnight (my house is a little cooler at night). They definitely soften and change color as they warm up. I really like these vitamins and I will absolutely be purchasing them again when I run out!
