I work at a Community College, and this book is amazing to use if you are trying to bring restorative justice practices to your college. Definitely a good and short read.

The Little Book series presents an amazing wealth of information for so few pages. The foundational information to understand the principles and practices are clear and there are plenty of examples to flesh it out so the readers can imagine the applications in their own schools. Supplement with the Little Books on Circle Processes and juvenile offenders and you will have a good start on your own programs.

This is a much needed and powerful little book. As RJE spreads around the country we need books to make very clear how important it is to establish a culture shift in how we teach and not use RJE just to respond to harm. Thank you!
