visualmente bonita pero la resolucion de la pantalla deja mucho que desear
El chasis es cómodo y ligero, el terminado en aluminio le da mayor resistencia, detalles no tiene teclado retroiluminado algo que por el procesador y la marca esperarías, corre bien para trabajo de oficina, olvídense de juegos o edición en video, pero mi mayor decepción es la resolución de la pantalla es muy obscura sin buena resolución, refleja muchos lo brillos pareciera monitor de una Toshiba vieja, otro detalle el escritorio incluía carpetas de programas desconocidos y de capturas de pantalla, situación que te hace dudar si realmente es totalmente nueva, la recomiendo solo si necesitas trabajo basico de oficina.

Súper equipo en inglés
Excelente equipo, no ha fallado nada. El pero es que el teclado y el Windows 11 vienen en inglés y aunque se puede modificar no es compatible con todos los programas. Fuera de eso es ligera, rápida, elegante y dura súper bien la batería

Bought it for online D&D games on virtual table tops. It's good for that.
Magnificent CPU, excellent for the purpose. I wish the screen wasn't so horrible unless you sit right in front of it. Also what idiot decided that thin gray letters on silver keys with no backlighting was a good idea? The webcam, audio networking and Bluetooth are all good. The battery life, low temp and low power draw are superior. It's also very light and easy to take with me on trips.

Had issues from day 1
Nice looking product. Very sleek case. Not a fan of light colored keys on a silver keyboard. Does not work for me. The battery port defected. Skype failed due to poor internet connection. Had to use my old Acer, which worked splendid. Disappointing purchase. Must return to Amazon.

Software Not Included
This was a $629 laptop discounted to $500 on prime days. I bought it to search for jobs & to revamp my resume. I had no idea the office software was only usable for a short time. Apparently, it's not included. Very frustrating because I can't use the laptop for what I bought it for.
