Excellent dosage and price
For 7p, you get 550mg of EPA and DHA per two capsule dosage, and this will last for 60 days at the recommended daily dose. These capules are excellent value for money and amongst the best I've tried so far. Seven pence per capsule for 550mg of EPA & DHA is incredible. My previous go-to omega 3 supplement offers 600mg of omega 3 for 20p/capsule - 3 times the cost for only ~10% higher dosage, so, naturally, I will happily switch to this brand for the foreseeable future. For myself, I take four capsules per day, which is a total daily cost of just 28p, compared to my current/previous go-to brand which costs 80p/day. These capsules are good quality, firm and have no fishy taste at all, which is a good sign of a quality brand. I really have nothing bad that I can say at all - the product is excellent and the price is about the best you can get for this dosage.

Bit big
Iv just finished the first month of these they are quite big to swallow but there again im not brilliant at taking tablets lol

I actually take this supplement to help my body. I after taking them I feel the taste but I think this is normal and the size looks big but you swallow it easily
