I take these because they are recommended to help prevent viral infections also because I take vitamin D3 in the low sunshine winter months, this formulation is as near as I can get to the NHS recommendations.

Zinc is a supplement I’ve taken for a few years for my skin and immune system and I stand by its benefits! Wanted to try H&B to see if there was a marked difference as it’s a more well known brand. The value for money is great and the tablet is easy to swallow and didn’t leave me quesy. Weirdly there was a massive sticker covering the directions and content which I thought was really poor placement.
