I have an; old wood dresser - wood drawer directly on the wood frame - and it is loud when you open the door. This tapes seems to work well for a smoother, quieter pull. We’ll see over time how it holds up.

Happy with product. Adhesion just okay, but could be a problem with contamination on my part. Otherwise, UHMW is a wonderful product, and really appreciate the availability of the black color for my application.

Sticky and hard to pull or push drawers were transformed. Now slide much easier, and I would recommend using this type of product to solve sticky and poor functioning drawers. I would have given this product five stars, but for the peel and stick glue quality. Had to redo a few drawer lines, in spite of cleaning out the areas thoroughly. However, I really like the final results.

Exactly what I was looking for

I used this on the bottom of a paramotor where the powder coating was worn through on the frame. It was such a workout stretching this take on there... It was strong, but not going anywhere. For those that care, I calculated 0.17lb or 77g added from my entire 3/4 inch 18 yard spool of 10mil. (Thank you for three separate units lol).Good tape.

This was the perfect thing I needed to smooth out the opening & closing of my wood drawers along wood drawer runners. I also put a small 1" piece along the inside side & bottom of the drawer frame that the drawer face always rubs against while opening & closing the drawer which was causing rubbing/wear on the wood. I am always trying to think of uses for this in unexpected & unanticipated creative places where it might just be the perfect solution. I try to think of a product like this as not only, as a slippery solution, but also to protect something from wearing out the surface of something. The price of this product seemed better than others I saw for the total number of yards/feet in the length. When using this for all of the drawers in a five drawer dresser for example, it is of course important to calculate the total number of drawers times the length of piece for each drawer runner times the number of drawer runners per drawer. The number of feet can add up quickly for just one project. It's too early for me to speak about the adhesive quality at this point especially since the weight of the drawer is always pushing down on the tape & its adhesive.

It is impossible to separate the backing from the tape. Just throw it away.
