Q: Is there a liner lock?

It has a “frame lock” which I believe serves the exact same purpose. It think it’s a variant of the same thing. On one side of the knife, part of the frame locks the open blade in place so that it cannot close. To close it, you press the frame lock outwards to release the blade for closing.

Q: Is there a partial serrated blade?

The Kershaw Fringe (8310) does not feature a partially serrated blade. We do however make many knives that do. The RJ Tactical 3.0 (1987) is one that is similar.
