Works like a champ.
So, I've owned this headset since September 2024. No problems connecting, charging, hearing, speaking, using. Seems good quality to me, and no issues at this time. I would buy this again.

Excellent Stereo Noise Cancelling Headset for Business Use
Excellent stereo headset. I am a lawyer who telecommutes 100% of the time. Particularly during COVID, I noticed that I had better, less tiring and easier comprehension on phone/Zoom calls when I used my Apple earbuds - - because I was using both ears. As opposed to my then phone operator style single ear Blue Parrot headset. Our brains comprehend best when we hear with both ears!So I then bought these (only two ear version I could then find of Blue Parrot) and have been very pleased, in fact have bought three of them (for two locations and to replace one I broke).Bottom line is I hear extremely well with these, and adjacent noise (children) does not come through. I have recommended them highly to business acquaintances who have been similarly impressed.Comments: If you don’t flip the mike boom down towards your lips folks can’t hear you. That’s why they are called noise cancelling! They emphasize bass frequencies more than mid-range (which is where the intelligence in speech comes in). So people’s voices sound lower than they do in person - - Once dealing with a CSR with a very deep voice I had to switch back to my earbuds. Have not tried the app or tried to program them, work fine out of the box. Have not used them with music, in part due to the high bass, but that is not what I bought them for. Long battery life. Large and comfortable, size is why I bought a second one to use at our daughters (largish for travel, esp if you are traveling carry-on). Be gentle with the on-off switch, which is what I broke after three years.Highly recommend these.

DON'T BUY THIS HEADSET!
I had read some of the reviews and was getting somewhat excited. Double earpieces, Blue Parrot quality, it was expense (means better right? - wrong!), handled multiple phones, and I was thinking an excellent replacement for my broken Plantronics that served me for three years. One of the most significant "wants" was tying the piece to TWO separate cellphones. Tying them together was reasonably non-problematic, but using them after they were connected hs been (and still is) weeks later. First, and this drives me ABSOLUTELY NUTS, is that when I'm on a call on one phone, moving around my studio WITHIN 7 FEET, it continually tells me "PHONE 2 CONNECTED". Ok, fine, but if it's already connected, why are you losing connection if I move a few feet. Both connected devices are iPhone 11 Max, btw. So when I get the "connected" message, it soft mutes THE CALL I AM ON! to do it - oh, I can hear the message, but whatever the person on the other end of the phone is saying, I can't hear it! Second, when talking on one phone and answering a call on the other, it does that well - except the new call is muted so bad I can hardly hear it~ About 30 seconds later it will go to full volume, but that just means I've already missed the bulk of the call!I was SO ready to love these - now I hate them. Oh, tried to contact support as well - nothing. Thanks, guys/gals. If I weren't so busy, I would have returned them within the window - missed that - now I'm stuck with these POS headphones cause I can't afford NEW ones! DON'T BUY THIS HEADSET

Not bad. Not awesome.
There's a lot to say about these and I'll do my best to mention it.The microphone is good. Folks at the other end of the call like what they here. Well.. with a caveat. Sometimes there is a beat/warble in what they hear as if we are talking through turning fan blades. The same is true for what I hear as well at times. I don't think this is consistent. The earpads are fairly comfortable. 'at least for an hour. I did buy replacement larger pads and didn't find it makes difference.I like that simply turning on these head phones will cause them to pick up the phone call that is ringing.I like that I can have these connected to my phone and my computer at the same time and don't face much complication with that. (But perhaps being connected to both is why I get that fan beat sound effect at times?)These don't reduce background noise nearly as well as the cheapest passive ear protection ear muffs at the hardware store. If you want to use these while mowing the lawn, you're going to need to turn up the volume a lot more than you would if you used the ear muffs and some in-ear ear buds.If I recall correctly, it wasn't obvious how to pair these. If you walk with these, there is a tendency to hear what I think is the fluid in your head reverberating with each step. I think this is similar to what one finds the hardware store ear muffs. I don't know if this is correctable. It's unclear if these are worth the premium (over $150) that they cost. They don't seem to be MUCH better than your $30 options despite you paying MUCH more than $30.Bottom line: These are good, but BlueParrott has left an opportunity for a competitor to do better both in quality (noise cancelation/blocking) and in price.
