Successful DIY repair, thanks to this being the part I needed at a reasonable price and shipped quickly. What more could one ask for.

Just what I needed and got it fast. The price was very fair quality of the cords were as good as the original. Nothing to do with the part but installation was a hassle. Had to pull dishwasher to remove panels to replace and the floor had a new floor installed over exiting floor after dishwasher was installed. Getting the dishwasher out and back in was the hardest part of the job. The new cords installed easily and worked perfectly.

My husband nearly broke his toe when the dishwasher door dropped on his foot 😳. This piece was broken so we replaced it, quite easily. We went ahead and did both sides, to ensure the door wouldn't drop in one of my kiddos.

Part was as expected. I ordered three and replaced the pair and put one on reserve. I would recommend ordering at least one extra because the other side was frayed and soon to break.

First one broke in a few months. Bought another where they gave me a discount. It too broke in a few weeks. Just decided to buy an official one from an LG authorized seller elsewhere.
