this does not work for the american dj crank 2 truss system as advertised, but will still holds standard tripods

Does not accommodate a basic ADJ 10' wide light kit and stands. Light bar breaks down and fits, but stands are too tall when fully collapsed.

I recently purchased the Dura truss system, and as this set up is somewhat heavy, I figured I would purchase the wheeled Arriba case to go with it. The crank stands fit in it, although you have to remove the truss adapter, and the "T" screw that holds it onto the stand to get it to fit. After I figured that out, I was going to put the triangle truss into the bag - this is supposed to fit into the bag, as the bag was made for it. The truss doesn't even come close to fitting into the bag - the trussing is too long, by about 5 inches - no way to stretch the bag over the ends. I was looking forwards to having something that would keep the truss system together and all in one place and only having to make one trip to load or unload it. Guess ADJ dropped the ball on this one. Not impressed at all.

Do not be fooled, the bag fits certain sized items, but NOT the ADJ Dura Truss System. You need the larger AC-185 bag instead of this one. Do not be fooled by the picture for this product, the bag is too small to fit everything! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
