This item is absolutely brilliant. Makes changing weight plates (taking them on/off the bar) for any bar that you’ve got on the floor (e.g. when doing deadlifts or hip thrusts) so simple and easy. I’ve spent months trying to manoeuvre weight plates off the bar and the friction of the floor just makes this so so difficult, resulting in having to lift the bar from the ground at one end and then sliding the plates off at a slightly uphill angle, which is not easy if you have 40-50kg stacked on each end of the bar. With the jack, it’s so simple. You just slide it under at an angle and then pull back on it, it lifts the weight plates 1-2 inches of the ground and makes it so simple then to load/de-load the weight plates onto the bar. You’re loading/de-loading the plates horizontally like you would on a metal cage (albeit with the plates 1-2 inches from the ground) but it’s so easy to do just by squatting down and pushing the plates on / pulling the plates off, which come off at a perfectly horizontal angle. To take the jack off one you’ve loaded the plates, you simply tilt the jack forward about 20 degrees from the vertical, which even with 40/50kg on one end of the bar is so easy to do, and the bar (with plates on) neatly rolls back onto the ground. The jack itself is very sturdy and only weighs approx 1kg so is very lightweight so could be taken into the gym in a gym bag easily. This is a total game changer for me and reduces the risk of injury when loading/de-loading plates by about 90% imo.

Awesome bit of equipment, that is practical and fun to use. The jack allows you to quickly unload plates and is just fun to use! The added bonus of the fabric resistance band is a great warmup tool for all those deadlifts!

I love the portability of this jack and how much time and effort it has saved me. I used to dread setting up as it would be a workout itself just setting up and un-racking. It's so easy to use and have recommended it to all my friends. I had some issues and the customer service was IMPECCABLE. They even responded during non-business hours in a timely fashion and were super helpful in resolving my issue. I can't recommend them enough.

I absolutely love this for loading and unloading plates. My only complaint is that the traffic cone orange is ending up all over my gym bag and my equipment. It’s a minor issue but having the option to get gray or something less loud would be nice.
