Depending on the thickness of your pocket and the caliber of your shot, this may or may not work at all. The clasp needs more spring tension to grab the pocket. I fired the first four rounds accidentally because the clasp let go as soon as I began to draw. Once I began to expect that, I could get past the low tension and into a long draw - but this cost me a lot of time, and before long I was shaking before I got the tension I had hoped this could enable me to have. I think they could add a set screw to tune the gap on the gripper and I think the gripper could have a stronger spring to maintain closure for that moment between loading and aiming, before I can draw back enough to avoid an early fire.

I liked the concept but is dangerous,shot with it twice ,second shot broke window when it released with no assistance from me , have tried it several times since in a controlled area, released by itself about 75pct of the time ,would highly recommend discontinuance of sales ,windows aren't cheap to replace but it's far better than injuring a person or pet.

I got this as a gift, and it seems to be well built. It also seems to work properly.
