Amazing book packed with great leadership insights.

This is an amazing book on leadership. If you are a leader or manager or in any sort of leadership role whether it be at work, in your community or your church, this massive book is a great resource on how to successfully develop, inspire and lead people.I'm blown away with the depth and breadth of this book. He has quotes from a wide range of leaders such as Alexander the Great, Steve Jobs, Richard Branson, Catherine the Great, Sun Tzu, Elon Musk and more.

This book is a must read for anyone who is or wants to be in a leadership position. Derek does a phenomenal job of taking classic wisdom from history’s greatest leaders and teaches how to apply them today. I highly recommend this book!!
