I was hesitant about getting a watch that was previously owned. However, I selected one from the list of sellers that had a lot of reviews and one that was excellent condition. I was not disappointed. There was not a blemish on it and everything works great! The only thing I have not checked is the LTE functionality. I may activate service in the future so it was worth a few extra dollars for the LTE version. This works just like the non LTE version when not activated with a carrier, no issues there.Onto the usage. The only real difference between the new galaxy 5 watch and this 4 was the battery. The chipset (ram, processor, ect) was identical, if memory is correct. I got the bigger 44mm version since I am a bigger guy and wouldn't mind the bigger size. The bigger size comes with a bigger battery as well. Since battery life was the biggest complaint, I'll get the best chance...right? So far, everything is great. The watch interfaces really well with my Galaxy S20+, as it should. There are still limitations with wear os that the watch is using but I understand it is better than Samsung's os..tizen I believe that was on some of the older watches.

Bought as a refurbished, but works as if it was brand new and at half the cost. Haven't had a chance to try out all the apps, but did try a few. Battery life could be better, mine lasts about a day and I have to charge it every night. Honestly my fitbit battery lasted longer, but it didn't run nearly as many apps to be fair. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase!

Very versatile tracking of health and other data like finance and messaging. Battery life is mediocre, usually requiring recharging every 24 hours more or less. Customized watch display means design can fit modern as well as classic watch aesthetic tastes. The easy accessorizing to alternate watch bands further lets the watch fit a personal comfort and aesthetic look. The quality of the device for health monitoring, display, messaging, and information presentation is great given the limitations of a small round screen.

Refurbished product has worked just fine thus far. Battery lasts about 1.5-2 days. I purchased as "Acceptable" condition. Strap was perfect, clean. Edges of screen had scratches (as expected). Had one system update. Watch arrived earlier than scheduled! Sleep tracker doesn't seem to capture nap times, but it could be that my nap times aren't restful enough.

I've had several of the fall detectors advertised on TV and they don't work as advertised. I'm a fall risk and need something that really works.My son told me to try this watch. He told me about the features and I was solid on the idea. The thing I like best is that it doesn't go off just because I moved my arm up or down. My old detector did.I love the water lock feature. I did restaurant work most of my life and drowned a lot of watches. Even I can't drown this one!It works like it's brand new, even though it's refurbished. No one can tell the difference. I love it so much that I bought one for my daughter in law.The watch was as described on the website. It was delivered quickly. I would do business with this seller again.

This item was described as 'good condition' but there are deep scratches on the watch face and knicks around the entire bezel. I would probably call the condition fair. Also, the watch did not come with the pictured band or even a Samsung band, but just a cheap black rubber band.I feel the product was fair given the price, but I was expecting more. I would have given 5 stars if the listing was accurate.

I have small wrist but I also need glasses to see so I bought the "mens" size screen. It was easy to connect to my phone, I wear it daily unless I forget to charge it.

My older Samsung Galaxy Watch died a natural death due to age. I bought this one purely based on price. Glad it worked for me. It comes with no paperwork - no directions. At 83+ yrs. was happy I knew how to set it up from the get go. Again, Love it! (will buy different color bands)
