I have been taking these capsules for just over 2 weeks now and I'm very happy with the product so far. My bloating is not there anymore and I've started to lose some weight, which has been a real battle until now. I feel so much better and definitely have more energy.

I like this NatureMyst Milk Thistle Complex supplement because it has a good blend of choline, dandelion, milk thistle, and zinc.The capsules are easy to swallow, gentle of my stomach, and I have noticed some improvement on my tastebuds.Before my daily meals used to taste just normal and I always had to add salt and black pepper to every meal to make them taste better, now I no longer need to be adding salt and pepper to my food.My meals suddenly became more flavorful, so maybe I needed to do some detox after all but, I am still taking these capsules, and I will update here in case something changes.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this supplement, as it was my first real cleanse. It’s been gentle on my stomach and I felt a big difference after the first week. Also love the Acai Berry ingredient. So far I’m really impressed and can highly recommend it.

Didn't like it, it didn't work too good it was like I didn't even take it at all.

I have recently started to use this supplement and I must say, I feel amazing. I don't feel so uncomfortable or bloated any more and I feel that I'm able to concentrate so much better. This is a great product!

They really help me stay regular & keeps me from feeling bloated. It feels like I'm getting rid of junk in my body!
